Erica Nlewedim is an actress, model, philanthropist as well as entrepreneur. She was born on the 13th day of March in 1994 and so she is 28 years of age currently. She is from Abia State and was raised by her mum in Lagos. She is an only child. So, you can imagine the love and care she must have gotten while growing up.
Education
Erica Nlewedim is a well-educated fellow. She has passed through all the tiers of the Nigerian education system. She began with her primary school education. Although details of primary school education are not readily available but we are aware she attended Victory Grammar School and Command Secondary School, Ikeja in Lagos respectively for her secondary school education. She proceeded to a private Christian University named Covenant University where she got a degree in business administration. She also studied acting at the Met Film School in London. Erica Nlewedim, though well known for being a teammate at the Big Brother Naija, she is also a renowned actress, businesswoman, and model. Erica began her acting professionally in 2015 when she took a lead role in a movie titled ‘Secrets and Scandals’. She has acted in several movies and TV series since then. Some of these include My flatmates, Dead rites, Poka Messiah, hire a woman, etc.
Apart from acting, she is also a well-made model. She was part of the 2014 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant contestants. Her participation here made her receive an award as the Miss Photogenic award. She has also taken part in different model engagements. This most have fetched her the role in the Peak milk’s advert and other well-meaning advertorial jobs, especially on billboards across the nation.
Interestingly, Erica Nlewedim is a philanthropist. I am sure this comes as a surprise to many. She actually has a non-governmental organization used to carry out her philanthropy things. It is named Erica Nlewedim Foundation and it was established in 2018. The foundation supports orphanages with baby supplies. by the Nigerian women’s achievement Awards, etc. She got these and many more which revealed her competence in the entertainment industry.
