Jaruma was born on the 26^th October, 1993. She hails from Billiri Local Government Area of Gombe State.

Education

Jaruma attended New Capital Nursery and Primary School in Asokoro, Abuja, where she got her first school leaving certificate. She got her Senior School Certificate from Nigerian Turkish International College, Wuse,  Abuja.

She was later admitted into Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2004. She couldn’t complete her program because she left for Istanbul Kultur University, Turkey to bag a degree in International Relations and Human Therapy.

Jaruma is a certified ‘honor belgisi’ , i.e. the highest CGPA overall. She is multi-lingual , speaks four languages and has two (2) Bachelor’s degrees with double majors.

Career  

After she graduated from the University, she went into diverse businesses in 2010, and they included selling pots, hair, dresses, and real estate.

However, things took a spin in her business when she started her YouTube channel in 2016 to promote the medicinal benefits of Azanza Garckeana, also known as Snot Apple, Mutohwe,

Jaruma gained attention quickly as a lot of people began to patronize her product line when they were released in 2017. The video was a huge success and the product has been sold widely.

After the successful video on YouTube, Jaruma registered her brand with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and went on to grow her own empire.

The Gombe born therapist is known for popularising Kayan Mata.

Marriage, husband and children

Hauwa Saidu Mohammed married her long term partner, Ross Fahad Isabor on September 9, 2018 in a private wedding that was only witnessed by very close friends and family members. The marriage is reportedly blessed with two children. It is also reportedly said that they are now separated following Ross Isabor’s post on Instagram, warning Jaruma to stop featuring him in advertising her fake products.
