Temmie Ovwasa, better known as YBNL princess, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and fine artist who was previously signed to olamide’s record label, YBNL Nation

She was born to a Niger Delta father and a Yoruba mother on November 29, 1996, in Ilorin, Kwara state, North Central Nigeria. Her father hails from the Delta state, while her mother hails from Osun.

She grew up in Ilorin, and there are no details on whether she has siblings.

The ex-YBNL Princess is a lesbian and will be 26 by November 2022.

Education

Tammie attended Grace Christian primary before proceeding to Dalex Royal College, where she had her secondary education. She attended both primary and secondary schools in Ilorin, Kwara State.

After completing her secondary, she later proceeded to the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology to study Medical Anatomy.

Career

Temmie Ovwasa has always been interested in music right from childhood. When she was part of her church choir at eight years, she wrote her first song.

After discovering her musical potential, her mother bought a guitar for her when she was 12. She made her way to fame in 2015 after being signed by Olamide, who connected to her via Instagram. She became the first lady to be signed to YBNL recirds, which came about with the nickname YBNL princess.

In 2029, Tammie Ovwasa parted ways with YBNL  after disagreements with Olamide.
