Angela Nwosu, popularly known to her fans as Nigerian digital ogbanje, is a self acclaimed sex therapist, social media influencer and a vlogger.
The popular sex therapist disclosed how she was given the name ‘Digital ogbanje’. She said it was based on the experience she had during her childhood as she was a very troublesome child, hence the name. Even though she detested the name before, she has grown fond of it and has publicly called herself a digital ogbanje.
Angela counsels couples on sex, relationship and marriage. She helps struggling couples build their sex life.
Background and Education
Angela Nwosu was born on April 10, 1988. She is 35 years old and hails from Anambra State. Angela was brought up in the city of Lagos. She went to Tonia International college, Lagos for her secondary school education.
Regarding her university education, she acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the famous Madonna University in her hometown, Anambra State.
Career
Angela Nwosu first began her career as a Nollywood actress. She has featured in some movies including one titled “Faking It”.
She officially began her career as an online sex therapist and spiritualist in 2016 where she made a video discussing sexual stuff using explicit terms. Although the video became widely watched across Nigeria, she was suspended by social media giant, Facebook for breaching its Terms of Use.
After that, the self-acclaimed sex therapist did not relent in posting videos with ‘X’ rated words and she was suspended multiple times by Facebook before the social media company finally decided to permanently place a ban on her account.
At a later date, Angela’s account was reinstated by Facebook and she decided to adhere to their policies at that time and to date by not using explicit words as she did before. She began to experience explosive growth in her followings and since then, her career as a sex therapist and relationship expert kicked off.
Angela’s career doesn’t only revolve around giving out relationship advice and sex tips but she also acts as a spiritualist. She claims to provide enchanted soaps herbs, cream, and other spiritual products. In other words, she is a full-time businesswoman. She also talks about how she has the power to cure so many spiritual issues such as bareness, and infertility.
Since she began her career, she has gotten a lot of backlash from many people online but it has not stopped her from pushing her business forward as she had many fans that can attest to the effectiveness of her products.
Husband & Children
Angela Nwosu is married to Austin Nnaemeka. According to their social media profiles, they are happily married.
Angela’s husband, Austin is a movie director and also a businessman. He owns a Taxi app, “Mr. Taxi”. He stated that the application was made so he can solve the transportation issues Nigeria is facing today.
Mr. Austin Nnaemeka got married to Angela Nwosu in September 2019. They met each other on Facebook and he fell in love with her because of what she posted.
Angela and her husband are parents to one child. She was put to bed in mid 2021.
